We are currently shipping within the U.S, UK, and Canada territories via USPS and UPS

When will my order be shipped?

Each order is handcrafted with cruelty-free, plant-based ingredient after the order is placed . Therefore, processing times are in place for all orders. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking once your package has been shipped. Currently due to COVID-19 and a influx of holiday orders our processing times are 5 to 7 BUSINESS days

Cancellation Policy?

If for any reason you need to cancel an order, this must be done within 24 hours after the order was placed. All orders are typically processed and shipped within 48-72 hours. Once your order has been received and processed, no cancellations will be honored.To cancel your order, please send a reply from your confirmation e-mail to nuniproducts@live.com and please include your order number.

My order was damaged in transit. What should I do?

Please reach out to us at nuniproducts@live.com within 2 business days of the receipt of your package with a picture and description of how your order arrived. While we don’t have much control over what happens after a package leaves our warehouse, we’ll still do our best to make it right with you!

Do you Accept Returns?

We want you to be happy with your purchase – after all, you've entrusted us with your money and your skin! If for any reason you're not completely happy with the efficacy of our products within 15 days of purchase, contact us at nuniproducts@live.com Returns are applicable on single, regular size items only

Why did my Whipped Butter Arrive Melted?

Our Whipped Butters are extremely sensitive to the warmer temperature because of this, please be sure someone is home to receive the items so you can enjoy the wonderful quality of your items. You can also email us a different address or ask for a signature guarantee ($2.00 extra) to ensure that your package will not sit out in the extreme temperatures during high heat months (June - September).

What do I do if my order status reads delivered, but it’s not in my mailbox?

Don’t panic! Throughout our experience shipping orders, we’ve found that sometimes the post office marks the order as delivered prematurely. Please allow at least 1 business day for them to actually deliver it.
